Effective communication among the Orange County Planning Department, the Orange County Transportation Council member agencies, the Consultant Team and all stakeholders is an essential component for the success of the Newburgh Area Transportation and Land Use Study.

Stakeholders include members of the Study Advisory Group, municipalities, Federal agencies, State agencies, landowners, civic groups, and all interested members of the public.
